We have recently installed this stunning Coast Spas Apex Hot Tub for Richard and Lisa Bate in Hockley Heath near Solihull.
Lets hear from Lisa:
We have never had a hot tub before and I was initially keener on the idea than my husband. My husband works long hours and does not get much time for relaxing.
My brother is an avid hot tubber, having, had a spa for over ten years. He says that his hot tub has done wonders for his relationship with his children as in this busy world of social media it is hard to lift their eyes from their smart phone screen. Having a Hot Tub gives that chance for time together, still, relaxing and most importantly no phones and time for real conversation.
When we visited the store Simon and Clare were fantastic and my overall feeling upon leaving was that at no point was there any pressure. We sat in a couple of the smaller hot tubs as initially we were looking for something just to get us started as new hot tub owners but as soon as we sat in the Apex, my husband said “this is the one we should have”.
It is a fantastic hot tub, with 50 jets the hydrotherapy is brilliant and I have been sleeping better and after using it I feel so relaxed for hours. It has done wonders for being able to spend quality time with the children but also at weekend together as a couple because by getting in the hot tub you have made that time to relax.
Simon was brilliant, he came and did a site survey and gave me advice on where it should go and what type of surface it would need to sit on. I arranged for some hard standing to be laid and then got the electrics in place. Again, Simon gave me a spec sheet to give the electrician so he would know exactly was required.
Access was an issue and so Simon arranged a crane which was great as having the contacts he was able to arrange this at a very low cost to us.
The fitters were also really helpful and talked me through how to look after it with the chemical starter pack. It is really easy to look after and I like that it is always ready for you when you want to get in and relax.

Last Thursday we delivered and installed this Luxury Apex Hot Tub with 65 jets for Steve and Kate Keeling of Dudley.
As you can see from the photographs it is a stunning Hot Tub and Steve and Kate have made an excellent choice in choosing the Premium Coastal Smoke cabinet with carbon fibre photocell light corners to compliment the Storm Cloud grey shell.
We asked Steve to tell us about his experiences with Award Leisure Birmingham from his initial contact through to using their new Hot Tub for the first time.
We have just installed a Regency Prince Hot Tub for Phil Jennings in Kingswinford.
Kingswinford is a town located in the Metropolitan Borough of Dudley in the West Midlands.
We asked Phil to give us an appraisal of both his experience with Award Leisure Birmingham and his new Regency Prince Hot Tub.
I am very happy with my Regency Prince Hot Tub. We had talked about getting a hot tub for years as I fit Kitchens, Bathrooms and Bedrooms and lots of my customers have a Hot Tub on their patio. One of my friends is an electrician and he said that the hydrotherapy benefits have been really helpful in tackling his back problems. As you can imagine years of fitting kitchens etc have taken its toll on my back and shoulders.
I did lots of research online in to Hot Tubs. I saw that the Regency Prince is a What Spa magazine winner and that got me researching Coast Spas in general. I liked the fact that they are made in Canada so much better for our climate than a cheap Chinese or American Spa.
Don’t get me wrong I love the social side of the Hot Tub but what was especially important to me was the wellness aspect and Coast Spas seemed to offer it all. I had pretty much decided that I wanted a Coast Spa before I went shopping in store.
I visited Award Leisure Birmingham and met Simon. I was impressed with his product knowledge and decided to go ahead and order the Regency Prince. It is a large Hot tub and was the size and depth I wanted and had all the features that I needed. This included 50 jets, waterline lighting, music….it is fully loaded.
I felt that although I went over my initial budget, the Regency Prince is a cut above the rest and worth the extra, I felt that I got great quality at great value for money
So far I have used it nearly everyday and it has already made a huge difference to my quality of life with my shoulder and back problems.

“The whole family love it and we couldn’t recommend Simon and Award Leisure Birmingham enough. We had been looking to buy a hot tub for a while and had seen lots of cheap ones online. It concerned me as to why they were so cheap and after visiting different stores, doing lots of research and talking to Simon…we chose the Award Suite Spa. I felt that it was the best value package available as it is full foam and so cheap to run, a quality tough shell and 25 jets. The Award Suite is also an all in package so we got the cover, the steps, the umbrella and a built in drinks cooler for one great price. It was too good to miss!”

Last Friday we delivered and installed this gorgeous Hot Tub for Steve and Judy Richards who live in Sheldon, Solihull.
Steve and Judy came in-store after finding us on line and chose the beautiful Regency Baron Hot Tub.
Steve and Judy decided on Tuscan Sun for the shell colour and Cedar for the cabinet and as you can see, it’s a fantastic colour combo.
Steve and Judy had been thinking of getting a Hot Tub to place on a decked area in their Solihull garden for sometime. A friend of theirs recommended a company some distance away but they found us online and liked the fact that with us being in Hall Green, we were only 10 minutes away for them for servicing and chemicals etc.
We came in to your store and met Simon. We liked that he answered our questions, gave great advice and was not pushy in anyway, which is refreshing in this day and age with some of the stories you hear.
Simon offered to come out and conduct a free site survey, which we took advantage of and after initially looking at a smaller Hot Tub in the range…Simon reassured us that we could go for a bigger one and that there would be enough room for the cover lifter as well. We are so pleased that we went for the Baron as at 195 x 195 x 78 cm it is a great size and myself and Judy can really stretch out in it. We would definitely recommend Award Leisure Birmingham to our family and friends.
The installers were great, nothing was too much trouble and they took the time to go through how to test the water and use the chemical starter pack in great detail.
